Diligised respects the relevant provisions of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, and the principles of gender equality and non-discrimination and accessibility for people with disabilities referred to in Article 9 (1) to (3) of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 June 2021.

Diligised contributes to sustainable development, as a fundamental and overarching objective of the European Union, which aims to continuously improve the quality of life and well-being of current and future generations, combining economic development with the protection of the environment and social justice.

We adopt mechanisms to ensure effective compliance in safeguarding conflicts of interest, preventing situations that may be considered to constitute a conflict of interest, namely in the relations established between the beneficiary and our suppliers or service providers. 

We extend these values beyond our organization by requiring our partners to either have a gender equality strategy or proven gender balance
